These Terms of Use govern your use of the Truck Profit mobile application and the public Truck Profit website provided by TUCKR89 LLC.

Use of the App

Truck Profit is intended to help truck drivers, owner-operators, independent contractors, and trucking business operators organize business records and planning information. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for decisions you make using the app.

No Professional Advice

Truck Profit may provide calculations and planning estimates, including operating-cost and federal tax-planning estimates. They are informational planning tools and do not constitute tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice.

Local Data and Backups

Core Truck Profit records are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and any backup files you create. Uninstalling the app, clearing app storage, device failure, or restoring different data may remove local records.

Subscriptions

Optional Truck Profit Pro subscriptions are offered through Google Play. Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled under applicable Google Play terms. Final localized pricing is shown by Google Play before purchase.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the app or website, attempt to interfere with their operation, reverse engineer protected components except where permitted by law, or use them in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability and Changes

Features may change as the app is updated. TUCKR89 LLC may modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compliance, or product development.

Truck Profit is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No software can guarantee uninterrupted operation, accurate business outcomes, tax results, profit, or cost savings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TUCKR89 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-loss damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Truck Profit. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.
