This Privacy Policy explains how TUCKR89 LLC handles information in the Truck Profit mobile application and on the Truck Profit website at https://truckprofit.tuckr89.com.

Truck Profit is designed as a local-first trucking business and financial planning application. Most information entered into Truck Profit is stored directly on your device and is not uploaded to TUCKR89 LLC servers.

Information Stored on Your Device

Truck Profit allows you to enter and store information related to your trucking business. Depending on how you use the app, this may include:

Completed load information
Gross load pay
Loaded and deadhead miles
Fuel, toll, and trip costs
Business expenses
Business or operator setup information
Optional business name and truck number
Maintenance reserve settings
Business cash-buffer settings
Federal tax-planning information
Notes that you choose to enter
Local recovery snapshots

In the current version of Truck Profit, this business information is stored locally on your device. TUCKR89 LLC does not operate a cloud database that automatically receives or stores your loads, expenses, mileage, tax inputs, or other Truck Profit business records.

Google Play Purchases and Truck Profit Pro

Truck Profit offers optional Truck Profit Pro subscriptions through Google Play.

When you purchase or restore Truck Profit Pro, Google Play processes the transaction. Truck Profit may receive information from Google Play about your purchase or subscription status so the app can determine whether Pro features should be enabled.

Truck Profit does not receive or store your complete payment-card number or other payment credentials used by Google Play. Payment processing is handled by Google under Google’s own terms and privacy practices.

Truck Profit may cache Pro entitlement information locally on your device, including information needed to support offline Pro access for a limited grace period.

Portable Backup and Restore

Truck Profit Pro includes a portable backup and restore feature.

When you choose to create a portable backup, Truck Profit creates a backup containing your Truck Profit records. You choose where or how that backup is saved or shared using options available on your device.

TUCKR89 LLC does not automatically receive a copy of your portable backup. You are responsible for protecting backup files that you create and for choosing a secure location in which to store them.

Truck Profit V1 does not currently provide automatic cloud backup or cross-device cloud synchronization.

Information We Collect or Receive

For the current version of Truck Profit, TUCKR89 LLC does not operate an advertising, analytics, or cloud-records backend that collects your trucking records.

The primary off-device information associated with the app is information involved in Google Play purchases and subscription status. This information is used to provide and restore Truck Profit Pro functionality.

Information Truck Profit Does Not Collect for V1

Truck Profit V1 does not intentionally collect or transmit the following to TUCKR89 LLC servers:

Precise or approximate location
Contacts
Photos or videos
Audio recordings
Health or fitness information
Text messages or email content
Web browsing history
Advertising identifiers for targeted advertising
Your Truck Profit loads, expenses, tax records, or mileage for cloud storage

Accounts and Sign-In

Truck Profit V1 does not require or provide a Truck Profit user account. There is no Truck Profit username, password, or social-login account required to use the app.

Your Google Play account may be used by Google Play to process purchases and restore eligible Truck Profit Pro subscriptions, but your Google Play account is not a Truck Profit user account.

How Information Is Used

Information handled by Truck Profit is used to provide app functionality, including:

Calculating revenue, costs, and estimated profit
Calculating cost per mile and profit per mile
Providing load-offer estimates
Providing federal tax-planning estimates
Generating reports
Saving and restoring local Truck Profit records
Determining whether Truck Profit Pro features are available
Restoring an eligible Pro purchase through Google Play

How Information Is Shared

TUCKR89 LLC does not sell your Truck Profit business records or personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers when required to provide a feature you choose to use. For example, Google Play processes subscription purchases and provides purchase-status information needed to enable Truck Profit Pro.

If you choose to export, share, or create a portable backup, information is sent only to the destination or application that you select through your device.

Advertising

Truck Profit V1 does not display third-party advertising and does not use your Truck Profit business records for targeted advertising.

Data Security

Truck Profit is designed to minimize unnecessary transmission of business information by keeping core records on your device.

Network communications used for supported online services, such as Google Play Billing, use encrypted network connections provided by the applicable platform and service.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should protect access to your device and store portable backup files in a secure location.

Data Retention

Your Truck Profit business records remain stored locally until you edit or delete them, clear the application’s storage, restore different backup data, or uninstall the application.

Truck Profit may retain locally cached Pro entitlement information for purposes such as offline access and subscription status verification.

Google may retain purchase and transaction records according to Google’s own legal, billing, fraud-prevention, and retention requirements.

Deleting Your Truck Profit Data

Because Truck Profit V1 does not create a Truck Profit cloud account or automatically store your business records on TUCKR89 LLC servers, there is no remote Truck Profit account database to delete.

You can remove locally stored Truck Profit records by using available delete functions in the app, clearing Truck Profit app storage through Android settings, or uninstalling Truck Profit.

Important: Uninstalling Truck Profit may permanently remove locally stored records and local recovery snapshots. Create a portable backup before uninstalling or changing phones if you want to preserve your records.

Deleting local Truck Profit data does not automatically cancel or delete purchase records associated with your Google Play account. Google Play subscriptions can be managed through Google Play.

Children’s Privacy

Truck Profit is intended for adult users, including truck drivers, owner-operators, independent contractors, and trucking business operators. The intended audience is users age 18 and older.

Truck Profit is not designed or marketed for children.

Federal Tax Planning

Truck Profit may use information you enter to generate federal tax-planning estimates. These calculations occur as part of the app’s functionality and do not constitute tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

Website Privacy

The Truck Profit website may receive standard technical information necessary to deliver web pages, such as IP address, browser information, request time, and server-log information through the website hosting provider.

The public Truck Profit website is not used to automatically receive or synchronize your Truck Profit mobile-app business records.

The website may use cookies that are technically necessary for normal website operation. If additional analytics, marketing, contact forms, comments, or other website services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.

Third-Party Services

Truck Profit relies on certain platform or service providers to provide specific functionality. These may include:

Google Play — application distribution, subscription purchases, purchase restoration, and related platform services.
Hostinger — hosting for the Truck Profit public website.
